Why Cheap is automatically also Expensive

In our eyes cheap is expensive, let’s say that you find a affordable driving school who isn’t breaking the bank when charghing you with obtaining your driving license. You start out driving and realise that the way that your driving instructor is teaching you isn’t suitable as a professional driving instructor, he/she slacks off and he doesn’t appear on time when you set appointments. Also he/she is distracted on his phone when he or she should be teaching you. Then you realise that the price was a fair price but you paid for it more by failing your exams multiple times.
